I purchased a watch for my husband for Christmas with his favorite photo of himself and our baby for the background. I was impressed with the weight of the watch (doesn't feel cheap), the band is genuine leather, and the picture looks lovely (I would caution you to choose a photo that you don't mind the dial being in the middle of. I thought mine would be okay, but then I realized the creator only had so far that he could adjust the photo before either my husband or baby would be cut off). Beautiful work. I think my husband will love it.
